These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hollow Hill Tattoo Studio website, including its online booking features. By accessing the website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or online booking system.
1. About Hollow Hill Tattoo Studio
Hollow Hill Tattoo Studio (“Hollow Hill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a tattoo studio located at 1825 Hurlburt Road, Suite 9, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32547.
The website provides information about the studio, its artists, tattoo services, policies, availability, and methods for requesting or scheduling an appointment.
2. Age Requirements
Online booking is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Hollow Hill Tattoo Studio does not tattoo minors. A valid government-issued photo ID is required before tattoo services are performed.
Submitting a booking request does not replace any identification, consent, health-information, or release forms that may be required at the studio.
3. Booking Requests and Appointment Confirmation
Information submitted through the website or booking system is used to evaluate, schedule, and manage your requested appointment.
A submitted request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Hollow Hill or the selected artist accepts the booking, confirms the date and time, and receives any required deposit. Availability displayed online may change before the booking is completed.
You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, contact information, requested artist, tattoo details, and availability. You are responsible for reviewing the appointment information and notifying us promptly if anything is incorrect.
4. Deposits, Pricing, and Payment
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. The deposit amount, payment deadline, and any service-specific conditions shown during booking or provided by the artist are incorporated into these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are applied toward the applicable tattoo appointment. Deposits may be forfeited when a client cancels, fails to attend, arrives too late to complete the scheduled service, or requests a change outside the permitted rescheduling period.
Any quote or price range provided before the appointment is an estimate based on the information available at that time. Final pricing may depend on the design, placement, size, detail, artist, time required, number of sessions, and changes requested by the client.
Online payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Hollow Hill does not receive or store your complete payment-card number when a third-party payment provider processes the transaction.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Hollow Hill requires at least 48 hours’ notice to request that an appointment be rescheduled without automatically forfeiting the deposit. Rescheduling remains subject to artist availability and approval.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, and rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit before another appointment is reserved.
Hollow Hill may reschedule or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary because of illness, emergency, safety concerns, equipment issues, severe weather, or other circumstances outside the studio’s reasonable control. When Hollow Hill initiates the change, the studio will work with the client on the available options.
6. Artist Discretion and Client Safety
Submitting a booking request does not require an artist to perform a particular design or service. Hollow Hill and its artists may decline, postpone, modify, or stop a service when reasonably necessary for artistic, legal, ethical, health, or safety reasons.
Clients must follow all preparation, identification, conduct, and aftercare instructions. Tattoo services involve inherent risks that will be addressed in the applicable in-studio consent and release documents. Information on this website is general information and is not medical advice.
7. Reference Images and Other Content You Submit
You may submit descriptions, reference images, placement photographs, or other materials to help an artist understand your request. You confirm that you have the right to provide those materials and that doing so does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Hollow Hill may use submitted materials to review the request, communicate with you, prepare for the appointment, maintain booking records, and provide the requested service. We will not claim ownership of your original materials merely because you submitted them through the booking system.
Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through the booking form.
8. Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit false or fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity.
We may restrict access to the website or booking system when reasonably necessary to protect the studio, its clients, its artists, or the security and operation of the website.
9. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, logos, text, original artwork, photographs, graphics, and other studio-created content belong to Hollow Hill or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use studio content without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including booking, email, map, social-media, and payment services. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Hollow Hill is not responsible for the content, availability, or independent practices of third-party websites and services.
11. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We work to keep the website and booking system accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information will always be complete or current. Website content may be updated without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollow Hill Tattoo Studio and its owners, artists, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or online booking system.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or replaces the separate agreements, disclosures, and consent forms applicable to tattoo services.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the website and booking system are described in the Hollow Hill Tattoo Studio Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, booking process, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the website or these Terms will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in or serving Okaloosa County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
